This allows us to provide an accurate estimate of their copay, patient portion, and out-of-pocket expenses, which we will communicate to you before your visit. The estimated amount will be due at the time of check-in.

What dental treatments are typically covered by insurance and which are considered cosmetic?
Most insurance plans cover preventive care (cleanings, exams, X-rays) at 100%, basic restorative care (fillings, simple extractions) at 70–80%, and major restorative procedures (crowns, bridges, dentures) at 50%.
