Meet Your Dentist - Dr. Sandip Ladani
Dr. Ladani practices modern dentistry with exceptional service and gentle care. Known for his down-to-earth
personality, he strives to create a comfortable, personable experience for every patient while prioritizing their
overall well-being.
Dr. Ladani earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental
Medicine, graduating second in his class. He previously completed specialty training in Periodontology and Oral
Implantology at Gujarat University, earning a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
Originally trained as a dentist, periodontist, and implantologist in India, Dr. Ladani moved to the United States and
took on the challenge of starting his career again. He returned to dental school at Boston University, graduating at
the top of his class and earning recognition for excellence, leadership, and professionalism. He was inducted into
Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society, and received the Quintessence Award for Clinical
Achievement in Periodontics.

Dr. Kruthika Swaminathan is a compassionate dentist who believes dentistry is about more than treating teeth it’s about helping people feel comfortable, confident, and proud of their smiles. She finds it especially rewarding to help patients who come in experiencing pain or discomfort, relieving their concerns and helping them get back to feeling like themselves.
A central part of Dr. Kruthika’s philosophy is changing the way patients experience dentistry. She understands that dental visits can be associated with anxiety or fear, and she strives to create a calm, welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and at ease. By taking the time to build trust and explain treatment options, she hopes to make dental care a positive and empowering experience.

Dr. Kruthika began her dental career in India before continuing her education in the United States. She earned her Master of Public Health from the University of Southern California, completed advanced training in restorative dentistry at UCLA, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.
